As part of the clearance process, you may be required to undergo a polygraph examination to validate the information you have provided and to assess your credibility. The polygraph is used as a tool to ensure the accuracy of your disclosures.

The entire clearance and hiring process can take six months or more, depending on individual circumstances. Full cooperation and timely responses to requests for information are critical for expediting this process.
Ongoing Employment Requirements:
Employees must continue to meet high standards of conduct throughout their tenure. Regular reinvestigations, including polygraph examinations, will occur. Additionally, all personnel who require access to classified information will be enrolled in continuous evaluation programs.
